We work closely with you to create a plan for the event for us to work to so that we can together deliver a really great event. We draw on our formal project management qualifications and experience to ensure we have both a big picture, plus a practical plan. Below we've laid out the main components of our approach.
1. The Process
We work through a range of structured questions with you to really understand your requirements, needs and wants, likes and dislikes. We then build a common understanding, from which we create a clear and confident plan for us all. Usually we've have a planning meeting with you, and ideally at the venue. Where it helps we also use video -conferencing and tele-conferencing facilities for our planning discussions.
2. The Purpose
We get to really understand the purpose and the context for the event. We work with you to capture your vision for your party. That helps us set and refine the right tone and style for your celebration.
3. The People
We get to understand the sort of people who are attending. So for example, getting a good sense of what would be called "socio-demographics" (such as age profile), who's who and any special guests or VIPs.
4. The Place
Here we get to understand the venue, both practically and acoustically. This way we can bring the right kit, can plan our parking, access and loading, and position ourselves in the right place at the venue to create the best effect. For our big high end events and where practical, we tend do a scoping visit too.
5. The Plan
Here we map out the timings for the event, so we can be really clear what's happening when, who's doing what and why. Our clients find that this also works as prompt for the range of things to think about in advance which tend to make things easier and smoother on the day for you and your quests.
From this structured discussion we create a documented plan, which then forms the basis of an agreement for you. This provides both the clarity and certainty for us all to maxmise the chances of a smooth and successful event - delivering engaging social atmosphere and real personal enjoyment.
6. The Performance
