Our sound system is professionally designed
Our objective on your behalf, and it's a bit of a passion, is to generate a clear, rounded, smooth, high quality sound that makes the best of all the music. Our professional sound engineer has designed and tuned our sound system components to maximise the quality of the sound you'll hear.
We have structured sound test days, where we test and refine different speaker and amplifier combinations and settings to get the tuning just right. This give us flexibility to ensure we use the right equipment for different types of events, venues and scales of operation.

We use smooth Class A/B amplifiers.
To achieve our that clear smooth sound for you, we use class A/B amplifiers. The are also class D digital amplifiers which are more recent, but generally do not yet produce such a smooth sound as the more tried and tested A/B versions. We sometimes use class D amps for our bass speakers, as the effect in the low end of the sound spectrum is not really noticeable to the human ear.
Our technically designed configuration provides a great sound for you, can generate amplified volumes while preserving the quality of the overall sound, and balances the low, middle and high frequencies in the right way. For yours and our peace of mind, we also carry back up equipment, just in case, so if for some reason there is an equipment problem, we know we can still carry on for you.
We use professional quality speakers
The only speakers we use are professional grade speakers from reputable and reliable manufacturers. We also use the speaker set up which best suits the environment. We tend to use more compact speakers while not compromising on quality or volume, which while more expensive to buy, take up less space at the venue and are more subtle on the eye.
We practice safe sound.
We set our sound levels for a great time for you, rather than to to grate on the ear. With the power levels in modern amplifiers and speakers it's quite possible to get sound levels which can be uncomfortable, and can damage hearing. It's even possible for damage to be caused without without discomfort, and even without initially noticing. In fact some venues now include volume level detection technology to trip the power if the volume gets to high.
